Notes:
Once the floor tile has been removed, all the large pieces are bagged in OSHA Labeled bags, 6-mil true thickness polyethylene bags and the bags are sealed. The sealed bags are wet wiped and placed inside another bag that is similar to the first bag and sealed. The bags are stored in a common area and loaded into a lined and secured disposal unit to transport to an approved landfill. The asbestos affected material is maintained in a wet state at all times. No leakage or breakage of the bagged material is permitted.
