EPISD Magnet Schools
EPISD offers a wide variety of magnets to its high school students. Whether it's ambitions to be a teacher, building robots and designing bridges, working as a law enforcement, studying international business with dual language capabilities, enhancing your college degree while in high school, or unlocking the secrets of healing within the human body, the EPISD Mag
net Schools allow students to determine what the future has in store for them.
There are seven Magnet Schools in the El Paso Independent School District; each has a unique focus. Students may choose from The Academy of International Business and Public Affairs, Maxine Silva Health Magnet, Pre-Engineering Magnet Program, Sandra Day O-Connor Criminal Justice/Public Service Academy, Agriculture Science and Technology Program, The International Baccalaureate Program, Connecting Worlds/Mundos Unidos program, or they want to continue at their home campus and spend a half-day in a wide variety of programs at the EPISD Center for Career and Technology.
