If you suspect an infant, child or young adult of having a developmental delay or disability, your school district can open a window of hope for a brighter future.

Services at no cost to the family are available to all eligible individuals from birth through 21 years of age regardless of the severity of their disability.

Special Services are available to eligible infants, children and young adults identified with a disability who may be experiencing difficulties in one or more of the following:

*Physical Disability *Deaf or Hard of Hearing *Visual Impairment

*Deaf-Blind *Mental Retardation *Emotional Disturbance *Learning Disability

*Speech and/or Language *Autism *Health Impairment *Traumatic Brain Injury

Educando a Texas un niño...a la vez!

Si usted sospecha que un recién nacido, niño, o adolescente tiene un lento desarrollo en su aprendizaje, o discapacidad, su escuela local puede ayudar, facilitando oportunidades para un futuro mejor.

Estos servicios son sin costo alguno para la familia y son disponibles a todos los niños elegibles desde nacimiento hasta los 21 años de edad, sin tomar en cuenta la gravedad de la discapacidad.

Estos servicios especiales están disponibles para recién nacidos, niños, y adolescentes elegibles que han sido dentificados con una discapacidad, sufriendo dificultades en una o más de las siguientes áreas:

*Discapacidad Física *Sordera o Dificultad en Oír *Impedimento Visual

*Sordo-Ciego *Retardación Mental *Trastorno Emocional *Problemas de Aprendizaje

*Habla o de Lenguaje *Autismo *Impedimentos de Salud *Lesión Cerebral Traumática
