Personnel Directory
The directory contains personal information, including your home address and home telephone number. Every employee has been provided with a "Personnel Information Form" which included disclosure information. If you chose to "secure" your home address and/or home telephone number, it will not be displayed in the directory. If you did not secure this information, it will be displayed in the directory. If your personal address and telephone number are displayed and you would like to secure this information, please pick up a "Personnel Information Form", complete it and send it to Human Resources. The forms should be available from your campus or department secretary, or Human Resources. If you have questions, please call 779-4423 and speak to a Customer Service Representative in Human Resources.
