2009-2010 Hourly Pay Schedule

Hourly employees whose 2008-2009 base compensation falls between the 2009-2010 minimum and maximum will receive the higher of an increase of 3% of the new midpoint of the appropriate pay grade or at the rate based on position placement through 10.

Hourly employees whose 2008-2009 base compensation exceeds the 2009-2010 maximum will receive an increase of half of the increase of the appropriate pay grade.

Hourly employees will receive at least the minimum rate of the appropriate pay grade.

Pay schedules are contingent upon the acceptance of the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund application being approved by the U.S. Department of Education.

NEITHER PAST OR FUTURE COMPENSATION CAN BE CALCULATED OR PREDICTED FROM THIS PAY SCHEDULE
