Moderate to Vigorous Activity

 

Do you know your child’s AQ?  AQ in many ways is more important than IQ. What is AQ?  Activity Quotient (AQ) is the amount of time your child spends in moderate to vigorous activity per day.  As the program is implemented you will be able to ask your child what was your AQ today?  They will be able to respond in time (minutes) or steps (pedometers). Your child should be moving at least 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day and participate in at least 60 to 90 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity per day. Additional tips:
