The Mission of Property Control Management Services (PCMS) is to collaborate and facilitate support and guidance to campuses/departments. This is accomplished by establishing guidelines and procedures governing the accountability, control, transfer, and ultimate disposal of personal tangible property acquired by El Paso Independent School District (EPISD).

    The responsibility of PCMS is to ensure that these procedures are applicable to all accountable property owned or controlled by EPISD and adhered to by all personnel responsible for the accountability, control, and safeguarding of EPISD property.
