• The students, staff, and administration at Mitzi Bond Elementary School welcome you to our website. We are excited to share what we are doing at our school with you. You will learn more about what makes Mitzi Bond Elementary School such a special place.

Bond Elementary School opened in 1981 as Lindbergh Elementary School.  In 2002 the name of the school was changed to honor the principal, Mitzi Bond, who was killed in a tragic auto accident.  We are proud to bear her name and uphold her outstanding character.

Mitzi Bond Elementary is home to approximately 618 students from Pre-Kindergarten to fifth grade.  We have a dedicated and experienced staff, an active PTA, and caring and committed families. We are dedicated to providing a safe, caring, and challenging educational environment that promotes learning and achievement for all students.   We are proud to be a TEA Recognized Campus and continue to strive towards superior teaching and learning.  We are excited to offer various programs such as Gifted and Talented, Dual Language and Universal Pre-K at our campus.

This website and all it contains will help our school and students continue to progress in the 21st century.

If you have any questions please contact the school at (915) 915-236-2925.
