• Puberty and Hygiene Education - 5th Grade

Each year, 5th grade boys and girls receive a puberty and hygiene education class. Boys and girls are separated for this class.

Basic information about reproductive anatomy, the emotional and physical transformations of puberty, and the importance of good health and hygiene are discussed. The website and the video shown in the class is available at any time for review

We encourage you to discuss this information with your child and continue the important dialogue.

For the 2017 - 2018 school year, we will let parents know the scheduled date well in advance.  Each child will need a signed and returned Parent Approval Form to be able to attend.  This will be sent home in the students' backpacks.
