Important Meal Application Information
Non-Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Campuses
Meal applications for the 2018-2019 school year will be available at your school during the first 2 weeks in August. To save yourself a trip, it is recommended you complete the online meal application located in the gray box on the right-hand side of this page. Applications will be available after July 31st.
Please note that the income information requested during online registration for parents is NOT part of the meal application. The income information you entered cannot be used by Food and Nutrition Services. If you want to apply for free/reduced meal benefits, a meal application (online or hard copy from the campus) must be completed.
Also, all students at non-CEP campuses do not necessarily receive free meals during the first 30 days of school. Students continue with the previous year’s status (free, reduced or paid) for the first 30 days of school or until a new application is processed within the first 30 days.
Meal applications may take up to 10 days to process once submitted. We encourage parents to send money or lunch if their student(s) are on a paid status and are waiting for approval of their meal benefits.
Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Campuses
Families will not need to complete a meal application for students attending CEP campuses. All enrolled students continue to eat breakfast and lunch at no cost. These students may have siblings attending non-CEP campuses. If you have any questions regarding meal applications, please contact the cafeteria manager.
