Important Meal Application Information

    Non-Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Campuses

Meal applications for the 2019-2020 school year will be available at your school during the first 2 weeks in August.  For your convenience, it is recommended you complete the online meal application located in the gray box on the right-hand side of this page or on our home page. Paper applications will be available after August 5th.

Please note that the income information requested during online registration for parents is NOT part of the meal application.  The income information you entered cannot be used by Food and Nutrition Services.  If you want to apply for free/reduced meal benefits, a meal application (online or hard copy from the campus) must be completed.

Also, all students at non-CEP campuses do not necessarily receive free meals during the first 30 days of school.  Students continue with the previous year’s status (free, reduced or paid) for the first 30 days of school or until a new application is processed within the first 30 days.

Note: A new application must be completed each school year at schools not participating in CEP. Meal benefits begin on the day the application is processed by Food and Nutrition Services and continue throughout the school year in which the application is approved.

Meal applications may take up to 10 days to process once submitted.  We encourage parents to send money or lunch if their student(s) are on a paid status and are waiting for approval of their meal benefits.

Families will not need to complete a meal application for students attending CEP campuses.  All enrolled students continue to eat breakfast and lunch at no cost.  These students may have siblings attending non-CEP campuses.  If you have any questions regarding meal applications, please contact the cafeteria manager.
