Deductions for Health Plan selections are taken in the month of coverage. For example: Deductions taken in September pay for September coverage.
All other voluntary benefit plan premiums continue to be deducted a month in advance of coverage unless deductions are pro-rated.
The District contributes an amount in accordance with the schedules below that reduces the Total Premium due for health plan coverage:
Employees working at least 20 but less than 30 hours per week: up to $360 a month (not receiving checks in the Summer)
Employees working at least 20 but less than 30 hours per week: up to $360 a month (receiving checks in the Summer)
GF (grandfathered) Employees 30 or more hours up to $435 a month (hired prior to 10/1/04)
