Message from the Principal

  • It is a privilege to serve as the Dr. Villamil-Tinajero  PK-8 School Principal.  Through this process, we have patiently and eagerly awaited the opening of our new buildings and the consolidation between Henderson MS and Clardy Elementary to become Dr. Villamil-Tinajero PK-8 School.  We are looking forward to August of 2022 when we officially open our doors.

    I am currently on my 14th year with El Paso Independent School District.  Before becoming the Principal at Dr. Villamil-Tinajero I served as the Principal at Henderson MS as well as the Dean of Operations for both Henderson MS and Ross MS.  I also served as an Assistant Principal at Bassett MS and a Science Teacher at Armendariz MS.  I am a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, where I received my Master’s Degree in Bilingual Education and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force
