The Equity, Analytics, Strategy, & Assessment (EASA) department supports the Office of Organizational Transformation & Equity (OTE).  The EASA department is made up of several teams that provide internal and external services to EPISD stakeholders. 

The key functions of the team include developing data collection tools, data analysis, generating visualizations & reports, assisting with surveys & research, providing testing support, and strategic planning and improvement (DIP/CIP/Strategic Blueprint).  For data inquiries or support, please call our main office at 915-230-2714.
