• Hello parents and guardians! Prior to making a virtual appointment with Teresa Carreon for the 2021-2022 school year registration, please make sure you have the following documents uploaded through the EPISD district registration link:

    • Your child's birth certificate
    • Your child's vaccination record
    • Proof of residency (utility bill)
    • Your state issued ID

    Doing all of this virtually is new for everyone, so having these documents uploaded will help the process go quicker and smoother! Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you for the 2021-2022 School Year!
