• Immunization & Updated Shot Records for 7th Graders

    Up-to-Date and Documented Immunizations are required for Grade 7 students.  

    State Law requires these immunizations in order to be enrolled.  
    Parents/guardians are to have their child's shots current, and it is required to be enrolled.  There are some provisional 30-day waivers such as for the military who are new to the district.  Immunizations include:  
    - Tdap
    - MCV4
    - HAV
