Welcome Foxes!

We are so excited to welcome everyone to Jefferson/Silva High School for the 2023 - 2024 academic school year! We look forward to the upcoming year and adding more success in athletics, academics and fine arts to our amazing community. We hope you are refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to start a new school year.

This year, we will continue to increase the safety and security of our students and faculty on campus. Safety is our number one priority. Our buildings will have limited access and all doorways will be monitored. Our staff will constantly monitor the school to identify potential issues and take proactive approaches. All students are required to wear their school ID.

In addition, we are committed to increasing our attendance. Attendance is fundamental to our students’ success and achievement. We encourage everyone to strive for perfect attendance. However, if a student gets ill or there is an unavoidable reason for absence, please report to the attendance office.

We expect all students to abide by the dress code each day. Please ensure your student comes dressed appropriately to school. Students out of dress code will be asked to change or have clothes brought to them. Parents will also be notified if their child is inappropriately dressed.

We have FREE breakfast and lunch for all students in our new cafeteria. We hope to see you soon!
