Dress Code Policy

School is a SPECIAL PLACE and students are expected to dress appropriately in order to ensure a safe campus environment. Students must be in compliance at all times. No exceptions! If a student is found in violation of the dress code, parents will be called to bring a change of clothes. Students will receive a warning on the first offense. Students who violate the dress code after a warning will be given detention for each day of violation. Please adhere to the following dress code and rules.
- Any form of dress, hairstyle or unnatural hair color considered contrary to good hygiene, destructive or disruptive in appearance, and or causing a detrimental effect to classroom instruction will not be permitted.
- Tattoos or face body painting of any kind or not allowed.
- Clothing and accessories that depict alcohol drugs, skulls, rock groups, rap groups, gang affiliation or any obscene or questionable material are not allowed.
- The appropriate length for apparel such as skirts dresses or shorts is arm length.
- Pants should be worn at the waist and clothing should not be revealing.
- No excessively torn or ripped jeans allowed shorts or leggings must be worn under a dress or skirt to avoid exposure of any skin above the knee.
- No hoodies caps or hats will be worn in the building.
- No spaghetti strap or midriff tops are allowed unless sworn under a cardigan.
- Midriff blouses are not allowed.
- Closed toe rubber soled shoes are encouraged to ensure student safety no flip flops emergency cards.
