(DON HASKINS CENTER – June 14, 2023) – Austin High School’s Class of 2023 graduated Wednesday at the Don Haskins Center with 273 seniors crossing the stage to collect their diplomas. 

The Class of 2023 is led by valedictorian Mia Villela and salutatorian Marcos Chavez Chavez. Both will attend the University of Texas at El Paso this fall. Austin High School's graduating class amassed nearly $9.2 million in scholarships.  

Among the graduates are students completing the Sandra Day O’Connor Panther New Tech Academy. Four student-athletes will go on to compete at the college level including Jayden Wilson, Diana Martinez, Sergio Martinez and Eloy Romo-Reyes.
