Valerie Ganelon Beals was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from Mogollon High School in Heber, Arizona. She worked as a registered dental assistant for more than 15 years. She relocated with her family to El Paso in 2018 and has since fallen in love with the Sun City.

Valerie has been married to Shawn Beals since 2009 and they have four beautiful children. Along with her family commitments, Valerie has been an active volunteer in her church, has dedicated time to various interests, primarily working with community youths.

During her free time, Valerie enjoys spending time with her family. She takes pride in watching her children excel in sports. One of her favorite hobbies is traveling and exploring different places, as she has a deep appreciation for culture, food and people.
