Mission Statement:
The mission of the Maintenance, Buildings & Grounds Department is to direct and manage the maintenance operations of the district's facilities, grounds, and provide students with a physical learning environment that is safe, clean, attractive and functional.
Department Goals:
A quality workforce that are trained, flexible, and willing to provide exceptional customer service
Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and/or policies
A structured work order process that documents work to be done, timeline for performance, and departmental efficiencies
Effective and efficient use of utilities
