My name is Tracy Beach and I am your Military Family Liaison here at Logan Elementary.  My experience with the military runs back quite a few years.  I was active duty from 1983 – 1992 and my husband retired from the Army in 2007 with 22 years of service.  I have raised three boys thru the DOD school system and EPISD, I am proud to say that they all graduated from Andress High School.  I am currently raising 4 of my grandchildren who attend Andress High School and Charles Middle School.

During my military experience, I was a clerk in the Rear Detachment and assisted with the Family Support Group.  Once I got out of the military, I held several different positions within the Family Support Group system.  I was also a Master Trainer for the Army Family Team Building program.

I have been in El Paso since 1997 working with youth and the community members of Northeast El Paso.  I brought in over 4 million dollars in grants to our community for youth programs.

I am looking forward to meeting and working with all of you and your children.  I encourage each and every one of you to become involved with the school that is an important way to ensure that your child is receiving the best possible education that we can offer them.

My main role here at Logan is to be an advocate for military connected students and parents in locating points of contact in the local community and the military community and make referrals as appropriate.
