Dear Tom Lea Parents, Staff & Community:
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a secure and safe environment for all our students, there are important changes that will be implemented in the coming weeks. These changes have been planned with the central focus in mind of ensuring the safety of students and reducing risks for students and families at school dismissal time. We are reaching out to inform of a revised traffic plan that will take effect on Monday, March 17th upon returning from Spring Break.
The revised plan includes several strategic changes.
Safe crossing areas
Traffic flow management
Supervised zones such as parking/no parking areas
Designated dismissal areas
Four primary ways dismissal occurs
