Research indicates that School Principals have a significant influence on teacher professional development. According to the Journal of In-Service Education (2000), the impact you as the administrator has on teachers, is based on the principal as the instructional leader and learner, creating the learning environment, direct involvement in the design, delivery & content of the PD, and assessment of the outcome.  At the PDC, we strive to help you accomplish this by providing space, training and resources.
