2025-2026 Classroom Impact Grants Guidelines

Guidelines & Application

The El Paso ISD Education Foundation invites teachers and campus leaders to apply for Classroom Impact Grants to support innovative programs that enhance student learning and align with district priorities.

Key Details:

  • Purpose: Fund projects that foster academic excellence, whole-child development, and equity in education.

  • Eligibility: Open to EPISD teachers, principals, assistant principals, campus leadership teams, and staff on behalf of a campus.

  • Award Amount: Grants are typically awarded up to $1,000. Requests for other funding amounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Partial funding may also be awarded.

  • Application Deadlines:

    • Spring 2025: Opens October 1, 2025 | Closes November 28, 2025

Allowable Expenses Include (but not limited to):

  • Classroom supplies and educational materials

  • Technology and software for project use

  • Books and curriculum resources

  • Equipment for innovative learning activities

Disallowable Expenses Include (but not limited to):

  • Personal use items, salaries, meals, or general classroom expenses

  • Extracurricular activities, transportation, or facility upgrades

Submission Guidelines:

  • Applications must include a project narrative, objectives, budget, and evaluation plan.

2026 El Paso ISD Education Foundation Scholarship (COMING SOON)

The El Paso ISD Education Foundation Scholarship is dedicated to supporting graduating seniors from the El Paso Independent School District as they pursue their higher education goals. This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and a commitment to their community. Whether you're planning to attend a university, community college, or trade school, we encourage you to apply!

Scholarship Details

  • Applicatoin Opens: Monday, January 19, 2026

  • Application Deadline: Friday, April 3, 2026

  • Open to graduating seniors from EPISD.

  • Awards may range up to $5,000.

  • Applicants must submit an original, personal essay—AI-generated content is strongly discouraged and may result in disqualification.

  • Selection is based on merit, leadership, and community involvement.

About Us

The El Paso Independent School District Education Foundation is a non–profit organization whose main purpose is providing Classroom Impact Grants to teachers and scholarships to graduating high school seniors in EPISD. Since its inception in 1994, our organization has provided more than a $2.5 million for these programs thanks to the commitment and investment of dedicated community and business partners.

Mission

The mission of the El Paso ISD Education Foundation, is to provide financial resources to teachers (through grants), students (through scholarships), and special projects to assist in setting conditions for world-class education, and to enable eligible students to pursue post-secondary education.
