Equity Assessment and Action Plan

As part of its commitment to providing high-quality education experiences, EPISD has embarked on a process of conducting a systemic equity assessment and respective equity action plan development for the district. This process is designed to bring forth the many bright spots in the district that support equitable access and opportunities for success while providing the district with invaluable insight into areas of refinement and growth.

The equity assessment and action plan development will be a multi-year process, from inception to implementation. Centered in six primary focus areas, the assessment will engage the district and greater EPISD community in multiple formats to ensure space for all voices in building thorough systems of support for EPISD students, staff and families.
