Students are required to have a current physical exam prior to the first day of practice.  Keep in mind that football and volleyball will begin practice the first day of school.  Physical forms are available online and in the office.       PHYSICAL FORM

In addition to completing their physical form, parents AND students need to log on to www.arbiterathlete.com and complete the necessary forms online.  Our school code is S42984
