STEP 1: Go to the link "Make an Appointment". This is listed under the EVENTS Tab.

STEP 2: Open "Book It" App

Scroll down the list until you reach "Teacher 5 minute", select the teacher you want to set an appointment with...click on the teacher's name.

STEP 3: Scroll down and select the 5 minute time frame from 1pm to 6pm. 

Once you select a time frame, the app will ask you to type your Name, Email address, Phone number. You can also type a short message for the teacher. Select "Book it" once you enter your contact information. 

You will receive an email confirmation. The email confirmation will also provide a conference link for the session with your teacher. Please be mindful that the conferences are only 5 minutes. Feel free to schedule a seperate appointment at a later time if you require more than five minutes.
