IMPACT Tutoring Program Expands Support

In addition to the intersession, El Paso ISD has also launched the IMPACT tutoring program across elementary, middle, and PK-8 campuses. Offering after-school and Saturday sessions, this initiative provides ongoing academic acceleration for students who need additional support. Since its launch on February 3, over 1,600 tutoring sessions have taken place district-wide, highlighting the program’s success and the district’s dedication to student achievement.

“We are thrilled with the response to the IMPACT tutoring program and the positive impact it is having on our students,” said Phillip Hash, Director of Academic Operations, Teaching & Learning. “These sessions provide targeted support that helps students build confidence and bridge learning gaps. Our goal is to ensure every student has the resources they need to succeed.”

A Commitment to Academic Excellence

El Paso ISD remains committed to providing opportunities for students to succeed academically, whether through additional instruction, targeted interventions, or personalized support.
