The camp, which serves students ages 4 to 12, is currently operating at Coronado and Chapin High Schools through August 1 and features a wide range of hands-on learning experiences—from STEM activities and arts and crafts to cooking classes, storytelling, and even visits from baby goats for animal-themed lessons.

Summer Camp 2025“It was such a joy to see our students laughing, learning, and exploring new interests in a safe and welcoming space,” said Aguirre. “This camp is a great example of how El Paso ISD continues to support our families by offering enriching and engaging experiences that keep students learning, growing, and having fun."

The summer camp runs daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and includes breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack as part of the weekly $99 fee. Discounts are available for siblings. In addition to academic enrichment, students enjoy in-house field trips and fun games designed to promote creativity, teamwork, and discovery.

Enrollment at the summer camps are currently open and all families in the greater El Paso region are welcome; to learn more about El Paso ISD’s Summer Camp and how to enroll, visit episd.org/summer-camp.
