Updated 8:00am Monday, January 12, 2026:

Our teams have been working overnight and into this morning to stay closely aligned with the latest information from El Paso Water and other partner agencies. Every decision we are making is data-driven and centered on one clear priority: the safety, security, and well-being of our students and staff. Whenever it is safe to do so, we are also keeping campuses open and available as a resource for families and the broader community during this time.

We are grateful to our partners for the strong collaboration taking place across agencies and are pleased to share that Fort Bliss is working with us to provide water buffaloes to support our campuses impacted by the boil water notice.
