The partnership between Fort Bliss and El Paso ISD plays a vital role in supporting military families through quality education. At Fort Bliss, we take pride in the phrase Better at Bliss, reflecting our commitment to Soldier and family readiness that begins with strong educational support. As a member of several EPISD forums, I represent the needs of our military community and strengthen support for military-connected students through initiatives such as the Student Ambassador and Youth Sponsorship and Partners in Education programs. Fort Bliss is proud of its strong collaboration with EPISD and the City of El Paso and looks forward to continued growth in support of our Soldiers and their families. — Col. Michael V. Soyka
