(EL PASO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT – May 7, 2026) — El Paso ISD has named Jessica Campos as the new principal of Logan Elementary School, bringing more than a decade of experience in campus leadership, instructional coaching, and student support.
Campos served as the interim principal at Herrera Elementary, where she led campus operations, instructional programming, and student achievement efforts. Her experience includes serving as assistant principal at Capt. Gabriel Navarrete Middle School, Hillside Elementary, and Barron Elementary, where she supported diverse learners, strengthened campus systems, and helped build positive school cultures through initiatives such as PBIS and targeted instructional coaching.
“I am honored to serve as the principal of Logan Elementary, where I am committed to fostering a supportive, student-centered environment by building strong relationships and supporting high-quality instruction to drive student success,” Campos said.
Prior to joining El Paso ISD, Campos served as an instructional coach and mathematics teacher, helping improve student performance through data-driven practices. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is certified as a principal. Campos is committed to fostering a supportive, student-centered environment where all learners can succeed.
