(EL PASO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT – July 23, 2026) — El Paso ISD is making it easier for families to stay connected to their child's school transportation with the launch of Stopfinder, a free, secure mobile app that provides real-time school bus tracking for the 2026-27 school year.

Parents and guardians of students who ride the bus will be able to securely view their child's bus stop information, receive transportation updates, and track the location of their child's bus during morning and afternoon routes, all from their mobile device.

Stopfinder offers families several convenient features, including:

• Real-Time Bus Tracking: Monitor the live location of your child's school bus during pickup and drop-off.

• Secure Family Sharing: Safely share bus schedules and tracking access with approved caregivers or family members.

• Transportation Alerts: Receive notifications about route changes, delays, and other important transportation updates.

• Account Activation: Parents and guardians of students who ride the bus will receive an official email invitation with instructions to activate their secure Stopfinder account.

As the district launches the app, they ask the community for their partnership and welcome feedback on the Stopfinder page for continuous improvement.
