History came to life for El Paso ISD's own Ascher Vicini and Kristen Shaver! 🌟

Selected as one of only 27 student-teacher teams nationwide, the Franklin High School student and Hornedo Middle School teacher traveled to Philadelphia as delegates to the prestigious Young People’s Continental Congress. 🇺🇸

During the week-long program, they explored American history through historic site visits, hands-on access to historical documents and artifacts, and discussions about the future of democracy.

Now that's a summer experience for the history books! 🎉

When approved by voters, bond funding allows a school district to finance major facility improvements and construction projects that serve students and the community for years to come.
