Dear Parents/Guardians,
If you have not already received your child’s STAAR/EOC score report, please check your email for an important message regarding your child’s STAAR assessment results.
This communication includes details about your child’s academic performance, including whether your child met grade-level expectations. We encourage you to review the report carefully once it is received.
If your child did not meet grade-level expectations, you will be asked to acknowledge receipt of this information. Please know that your child will receive additional, targeted support during the 2026–2027 school year. This support will focus on providing high-quality instruction designed to help your child demonstrate growth and achieve academic success.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact the school office. Our team is committed to supporting your child every step of the way.

Please plan ahead for student pick-ups. Transportation and meal schedules will be adjusted accordingly.

📢 Field Day is Tomorrow! 🐾

Our Bobcats are excited for Field Day during P.E times, one of our favorite end-of-year traditions! Students will participate in a variety of fun activities, including games that may involve water and/or water balloons.

To help your child have a comfortable and enjoyable day, please send:

✅ Clothes and shoes they can wear to get wet during water activities
✅A towel
✅ A complete change of clothes, including dry shoes and socks, for after Field Day

We often find that students remember a change of clothes but forget an extra pair of shoes, which can leave them walking around in wet shoes and socks for the rest of the day.

Please note that water activities will take place only if weather permits.

If you do not want your child to participate in water activities, please contact the front office as soon as possible.
We look forward to a fun and memorable day celebrating the end of a great school year with our Bobcats!

Parents we would like to remind you that the last day of school is this Friday June 5th and it will be an early release day for students at 12 noon. Please continue to bring your child to school everyday and on time. The tardy bell rings at 8:15am, please ensure to continue to have your child be at school on time. We appreciate your cooperation.

We are so excited to celebrate your child’s hard work, growth, and achievements at our upcoming awards ceremony!
We kindly encourage you to let your student remain at school for the rest of the day. Staying allows them to share their excitement with peers, participate in fun classroom activities, and wrap up the school day on a high note. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Just a friendly reminder those students who are eligible for perfect attendance must be present all day until the end of the school year.

Parents if your child will not be returning to CV for the next 26-27 School year, please stop by this week anytime from 7:30-3:30pm to sign withdrawal forms. You will need to have these withdrawal forms to enroll your child at the next school they will be attending. If you have any questions please call the office at 915-236-8375. Thank you!
