The goal of the program is to strengthen El Paso ISD’s leadership pipeline, developing assistant principals into leaders who are ready and equipped to successfully lead our schools. Dear Hart Elementary School Community,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I am filled with excitement and pride as we begin another year of learning, growth, and connection here at Hart Elementary School. It is an absolute honor to continue serving our incredible students, dedicated parents, and valued stakeholders. Together, we are building something truly special.
Last year, we celebrated tremendous academic success—a reflection of the hard work, commitment, and collaboration from our entire school community. This year, we are raising the bar even higher with new initiatives that will further support student achievement and engagement.
One of the ways we’re doing that is by expanding our student club offerings, giving more students the chance to explore their interests, develop new skills, and connect with their peers in meaningful ways. These clubs are a reflection of our belief in nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally.
As always, I want to emphasize that I have an open-door policy. Whether you’re a parent with a question, a student with an idea, or a community member with a concern, please know that my door is open and your voice matters.
