CALLING ALL FATHERS!
BJH Fathers, there is a Fatherhood program, upcoming services, "Circle of Security". Classes will be in person and virtual. Please see the flyer for more information on the dates and location for all 8 classes. First class starts January 12th (in person) and January 15th (for virtual).

BJH Parents, join us for our expanded food and nutrition education program classes starting on Thursday Jan 15th at 9am-11am inside the cafeteria. Come learn about nutrition and learn some new recipes. The classes will be held every Thursday at the same time and location. Please RSVP by Jan 13th to secure a spot. Thank you! Just a remind that tomorrow Tuesday Dec. 9th at 9am inside the cafeteria we are have our Parent Recharge Crew Class. During this fun and engaging workshop, parents learn simple ways to help children cope with the excitement and stress that the holiday season can bring. We explore why kids may become overwhelmed during busy holiday schedules, loud events, and changes in routine. Through activities, parents see how emotions can “overflow” and lead to meltdowns—especially when kids are tired or overstimulated. Also parent can create and make a Christmas card for their Child.
