The Classroom and Beyond

At El Paso ISD, our work extends far beyond the walls of a classroom. While academic excellence remains at the heart of what we do, we are equally committed to ensuring that every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to pursue their unique path.

Over the past several weeks, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible talent, dedication, and resilience of our students in academics, the arts, athletics, and leadership. These moments remind us that student success takes many forms, and our responsibility as a district is to nurture each one.

Whether through strategic planning conversations with our community, celebrating student achievement at regional and state competitions, or expanding pathways to college and career readiness, our focus remains the same: Creating a pathway to prosperity for every student. The strength of El Paso ISD lies in the collective commitment of our educators, families, and community partners who believe deeply in the potential of our children.

As we continue this important work, I encourage families to stay engaged, celebrate our students’ accomplishments, and take part in shaping the vision for the future of our district.
