Murphree PK-8 is proud to celebrate campus patrol staff Meghan Burford, who has been named a finalist for the 2025–26 Educational Support Personnel (ESP) of the Year by El Paso ISD.
In just two years with the district, Burford has become a familiar and trusted presence on campus. From volunteering to helping keep the campus safe and welcoming, she plays an important role in creating the positive environment that Murphree families value.
Colleagues say Burford consistently goes above and beyond, volunteering her time and energy to support campus initiatives, community events, and outreach efforts that strengthen the bond between the school and the families it serves.
