During the school year, students in grades 3 through 5 will have the opportunity to participate in a social-emotional growth measure survey administered at the beginning, middle, and end of the year to assess their social-emotional development. This survey is designed to capture student voice, allowing them to express their perspectives about school culture, climate, and their classroom experiences. The Student Supports and Environments portion of the survey will enable students to provide feedback specifically on their sense of belonging and teacher-student relationships. If you do not want your child to participate, please complete the opt-out form below or stop by the office and pick up a form and return it to your child’s teacher by no later than Friday, September 6th. Survey window will be September 9th-27th. If you have any questions, please contact the school counselor.
