Hello Park Parents!
I wanted to write to you to let you know that our district is going to transfer over to a new communication system! I’m still trying to figure out the way to send out messages so I ask for your patience! For now, those of you that are able to see this, can know that I’m working on it! Here are some dates, if you can please share the information with your Park friends or family.
We will be having a Meet the Teacher evening on Thursday, August 1st from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. If you have things that you would like to drop off in the classroom, now would be a perfect time so that our Park Panthers don’t have to carry too much on their 1st day of school!
August 1st – Meet the Teacher from 4:00 to 5:00
Kona Ice will be in our Parking Lot in case you are interested in purchasing 😊
We will have staff on duty to help and show you where the classrooms are, etc.
August 5th – 1st Day of School – Parents may walk students to the classroom, but we would like to start our day with our routines as soon as possible. Please don’t take teacher time on this day for they will be busy trying to start their daily routine. Parents will be asked to leave by 8:15 am.
*Keep in mind that students have morning recess from 7:30 to 8:00 and at 8:00 am teachers will pick up their students and will begin their day with eating breakfast in the classroom and their instructional day.

This will avoid a lot of things as we begin the year, so please make sure this is done this week.

PS Our school district is supposed to send us supplies this week, once we receive, we will send directly to your child’s homeroom teacher.
