El Paso ISD continues to operate several food distribution sites through its Community Schools initiative to support students and families across the region.

These family resource centers serve as vital hubs for nutritional assistance. In partnership with El Pasoans Fighting Hunger and other community organizations, the district provides ongoing access to healthy food options for households throughout the year.

“Our Community Schools work every day to support the well-being of our students and families,” said Simon Chandler, Assistant Director of Family and Community Engagement. “We want families to know that help and resources are always available when they need them.”

El Paso ISD operates both Client Choice food pantries for families with children enrolled in EPISD schools, as well as public distribution sites open to the larger community.
