(EL PASO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT – November 1, 2024) — El Paso ISD continues its commitment to community engagement within Destination District Redesign (DDR) by hosting a series of community meetings at campuses across the district. These meetings are designed to provide families and community members of proposed right-sizing campuses and proposed receiving campuses with essential information about the transition plans. They also serve as a forum to gather feedback and address questions related to the future of district facilities and educational programming. The final vote on the DDR plan is scheduled to take place on Nov. 19, 2024.
Tomorrow, Saturday, November 2, the district will be at the proposed receiving campus, Clendenin Elementary School at 1:00 p.m.
