
WE ARE PLEASED TO INFORM YOU THAT IMMUNIZE EL PASO WILL BE OFFERING VACCINATIONS FOR OUR 6TH GRADERS. AT OUR RESOURCE AND HEALTH FAIR ON 2/6/25 FROM 1-3 PM IN THE GYM. THEY ACCEPT MOST INSURANCES. ADDITIONALLY, THEY PARTICIPATE IN THE TEXAS VACCINES FOR CHILDREN (TVFC) PROGRAM, WHICH ALLOWS THEM TO OFFER VACCINES TO CHILDREN UP TO THE AGE OF 18 WHO QUALIFY AND DO NOT HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE. FOR THOSE STUDENTS, THE COST IS $10 FOR ONE VACCINE OR $20 FOR TWO OR MORE VACCINES. FOR STUDENTS WHO DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE TVFC PROGRAM, WE HAVE OTHER VACCINES AVAILABLE AT SELF-PAY RATES. ATTACHED IS A CONSENT FORM FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE 17 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER AND WILL NOT BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS. PLEASE ENSURE THESE FORMS ARE SIGNED BY PARENTS AND BROUGHT TO THE EVENT AT THE TIME OF VACCINATION.






We will be having our parent teacher conferences on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 1-6pm. Students will be released at 11:35, please plan on being prompt when picking them up. If your child rides the bus and usually gets to their stop 15 minutes after dismissal, then on early release they will get to their stop 15 minutes after dismissal.
We will have 10 minute conferences, No appointments needed, first come first serve.Turn in your checklist to receive your free dress bracelet.
The Resource Center will be hosting a Resource & Health Fair at the same time from 1-3PM. The Resource & Health Fair will have:
6th grade immunizations from Immunize El Paso (please see flyer for more information)

New Library Cards
Health Resources
Mental Health Resources and more






PTA will be assembling snack bags for our Teachers and Staff to enjoy during the Parent-Teacher Conferences being held on February 6th.
