FOR THOSE STUDENTS, THE COST IS $10 FOR ONE VACCINE OR $20 FOR TWO OR MORE VACCINES. FOR STUDENTS WHO DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE TVFC PROGRAM, WE HAVE OTHER VACCINES AVAILABLE AT SELF-PAY RATES. ATTACHED IS A CONSENT FORM FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE 17 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER AND WILL NOT BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS. We will be having our parent teacher conferences on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 1-6pm. Students will be released at 11:35, please plan on being prompt when picking them up. If your child rides the bus and usually gets to their stop 15 minutes after dismissal, then on early release they will get to their stop 15 minutes after dismissal. We will have 10 minute conferences, No appointments needed, first come first serve.Turn in your checklist to receive your free dress bracelet. The Resource Center will be hosting a Resource & Health Fair at the same time from 1-3PM.
