(EL PASO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT — April 9, 2025) — El Paso ISD’s Fine Arts Department is proud to celebrate the creativity of its dedicated employees by inviting faculty and staff to participate in this year’s Faculty and Staff Art Exhibit. The exhibit is an opportunity for employees across the district to display their artistic talents and share their passion for the visual arts with the broader community.
The showcase will feature original works of art created by El Paso ISD employees, ranging from photography and painting to sculpture. Participants may submit up to two pieces each. There are no size limitations, but all canvas edges must be finished for presentation. Fine Arts can frame artwork that is 9 in x12 in, 12 in x18 in or 18 in x 24 in. All other sizes need to be framed by the artist.
Submission Deadline: May 21, 2025
Exhibit Dates: June 2 – August 20, 2025
Location: EPISD Art Gallery, 1014 N. Stanton
The exhibit will culminate in a public reception on Friday, August 9, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., where artists and guests can gather to celebrate the talents and creativity of EPISD’s incredible team.
“This exhibit is a wonderful way to recognize the artistic spirit that lives not just in our students, but in the talented educators and professionals who make El Paso ISD a vibrant place to learn and grow,” said Andrea Smith, Visual Arts Facilitator. “We encourage all staff members—whether you’re a seasoned artist or just getting started—to participate and share your work.”
