Whether on the pitch or in the stands, the spirit of the Burges High School Boys Soccer team has captivated our entire district this season.
We want to congratulate the players and coaching staff on an incredible season that saw them reach the UIL Final Four. Bringing home a Bronze Trophy and state medals is a monumental achievement that places them among the elite programs in Texas. To the entire Burges community, thank you for representing the "915" with such class and heart. We are so proud of you.

Join the Legacy: Registration is Now Live
The doors to the 2026-27 school year are officially open! Registration for all new and returning students began on April 1, and we are thrilled to see so many families already securing their spots. From our world-class career and technical programs to our innovative elementary academies, El Paso ISD offers a pathway for every passion. We encourage all families to register early to ensure a seamless transition into what promises to be our most exciting school year yet.
Purple Up! Supporting Our Military Families
In honor of the Month of the Military Child, we invite the entire El Paso ISD community to "Purple Up" on Friday, April 10. By wearing purple, we show our deep appreciation and support for the thousands of military-connected students and families who call our district home. These resilient scholars navigate unique challenges with grace, and their presence truly enriches our classrooms every day. Join us this Friday as we celebrate the strength, sacrifice, and "915 grit" of our military children.
Military Family Showcase
We invite all our military families to join us for the PreK-12 showcase on Thursday, April 9 from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Centennial Banquet and Conference Center. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet with us and explore our specialty programs, athletics, and academic resources. Whether you’re new to the district or looking to see what’s next for your student, we’ll have resource tables ready to help you navigate your journey.
Start Your Adventure with El Paso ISD at the Zoo
We are bringing the registration process to the wild! Join us for Pre-K enrollment day at the El Paso Zoo on Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event is a wonderful way for families to learn about our Pre-K 3 & 4 programs while enjoying the zoo. Staff will be available to help you register on the spot!
