It's already May! We are in the final home stretch of the 2024-2025 School Year and end of year activities are in full motion! We understand this is an exciting time for our 8th Graders and their families and we strive to provide the best experience possible. Our 8th Grade Committee has been hard at work organizing fundraisers to raise funds for all of the End of Year Activities. A few things to keep in mind as the school year comes to an end:
Ensure your student has filled out and returned their HB5 Endorsement Letter
If your student is NOT attending Franklin High School for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, please call the Registrar, Isabel Gallegos, at 915-236-0900 so she can make that change in the system.
Attendance is still crucial! Please ensure your students are still attending school regularly and getting here on time. Please send all attendance correspondence to brown_notes@episd.org.
End-of-Year Behavior Agreements have been given to all 8th grade students. They are to be reviewed, signed, and returned to the Assistant Principal's no later than Monday, April 28th. Please help us by speaking to your students about positive behavior at school and in class, good attendance, Dress Code compliance, and not bringing prohibited items onto school grounds. Failure to comply will result in appropriate consequences.
