NMSQT (PSAT) Testing - Juniors
The NMSQT is another name for the PSAT taken during junior year. The NMSQT can earn a student the prestigious title of National Merit Scholar. The NMSQT is build to prepare students to take the SAT. Scores for the SAT are used in college admissions and can also allow a student to bypass taking the TSIA2 before attending a college or university in Texas. TSIA2 Testing - Freshmen
All freshmen will complete the TSIA2 test in order to help them determine their college entry level for the subjects of reading, writing, and math. Colleges and universities in the state of Texas require students to pass the TSIA2 in order to place out of remedial courses.
