Familias de Douglass: Nos quedan 6 semanas importantes de clases. Se enviará a casa el calendario de fin de año con fechas de exámenes, celebraciones, ceremonias de premios, días de campo, actividades de inscripción y eventos escolares. Los estudiantes de 3.º a 5.º grado ya completaron STAAR, pero la escuela no ha terminado. Los estudiantes todavía tienen instrucción importante y otras evaluaciones pendientes para Kinder a 5.º grado, incluyendo evaluaciones MAP de Matemáticas y Lectura, evaluaciones de dislexia, evaluación de español LOTE, evaluación Iowa y evaluaciones de fin de unidad. Por favor, recuerde a su hijo/a que debe seguir el Código de Conducta Estudiantil, las expectativas del salón y las reglas de la escuela. Douglass Families, we have 6 important weeks of school left. The end-of-year calendar will be sent home with testing dates, celebrations, awards, field days, registration activities, and campus events. 3rd–5th grade students have completed STAAR, but school is not over. Students still have important instruction and other assessments, for Kinder-5th graders including MAPs testing for Math & Reading, dyslexia testing, LOTE Spanish testing, Iowa testing for, and end-of-unit assessments. Please remind your child to follow the Student Code of Conduct, classroom expectations, and school rules. Discipline consequences may be assigned, and students with ongoing behavior concerns may lose participation in some celebrations. Attendance, learning, and behavior still matter every day.
