Esta semana vamos a subirle el volumen a la gratitud y mostrarle todo nuestro cariño a nuestros increíbles maestros de Douglass—¡porque enseñar es lo suyo y son lo máximo! “¡No dejes de creer… en el poder de un gran maestro!” Invitamos a toda nuestra comunidad escolar a unirse y celebrar a quienes son el corazón de Douglass: nuestros educadores. This week, we’re turning up the gratitude and showing love to our incredible Douglass teachers—because teaching is their jam, and they totally rock! “Don’t stop believin’… in the power of a great teacher!” Let’s come together as a school community to celebrate the heart and soul of Douglass—our amazing educators. Here’s how you and your child can join the fun: • Dress-Up Days: Each day has a fun theme so students can party like it’s 1989 with their teachers! • Family Appreciation Opportunities: Want to say thank you? Write a note, send a treat, or even share a smile—every little bit means a lot! Please see the attached flyers for the full list of themed dress-up days and ways your family can help celebrate our teachers each day.
